突然想到剛剛櫃檯叔叔轉述家長所說內容中的ㄧ句話..
大致內容是..
小朋友書沒背好..我讓他們罰抄..(突然又覺得這個方式也許需要修正.
暫時沒力氣想..)
然後有小朋友覺得不公平..
其中一個原因..
下課後背書時..老師可能趕時間..比較沒耐性.
小朋友背到一半停了一下..就被打回票..然後罰抄..
其實..
1. 課後背..其實已經至少是第二次機會了.
2. 我重視學生的學習態度.更甚於成果.
明明沒有背熟..在排隊等背書的時間..應該利用時間多讀.而不是聊天玩耍
3. 我那一天..一點都不趕時間!! 而且我之後仍待在學校快四小時..
順便..poㄧ下小朋友沒背好的部份.
Ernie: O.K., Bert. I’ll try again. Do you want me to get you another plate?
Bert: I don’t know, Ernie. Will you bring me food from the meat group?
Ernie: Sure, Bert.
Bert: Will you bring me food from the fruit and vegetable group?
Ernie: Sure, Bert.
Bert: Will you bring me food from the grain group?
Ernie: Sure, Bert.
Bert: will you bring me food from the milk group?
Ernie: Sure, Bert. Wait here.
Bert: What’s that, Ernie? Aren’t you bringing me my food?
Ernie: Now you can get your food. I’ll push.
有一大半都是同一個句型..只要改早就學過的食物類別..就在這部份停頓數次..
我當時認為..不是在家沒認真記..就是當時不專心背..不當一回事..
可我今天忘了再跟家長或學生溝通..了解情況..

然後..我承認..我不是對每一個學生要求的標準都一模一樣!
該背的書都要背..但是語調.流利度.等.有時確實因人而異.
懶得寫清楚.反正.是依學生的學習狀況及能力調整!
不公平?! 如果這是不公平的意義.那我承認!
為什麼..不跟表現較優秀的學生比較?!
在你明明有能力可以更好的情形之下?!
只是覺得..有點可惜..

不過..總是會有挫折的..我會盡量找出更好的方式.
